FormDone

Information for participants

Before responding to a form, learn who requests your data, how FormDone works and what to do if something does not look right.

Who is responsible for your responses

Each form is created by an independent person or organization. That creator defines the questions, purpose and use of responses. FormDone hosts the form and processes information to provide the service, but does not organize or sponsor the advertised activity.

Before submitting information

Confirm that you recognize the creator and that they explain why they request the data. Avoid submitting passwords, authentication codes, banking details or other sensitive information when the purpose is unclear or you do not trust who shared the form. A FormDone link alone does not verify the creator’s identity.

Your rights

To access, correct or delete a response, contact the creator first because they know the purpose and can relate your request to the submitted information. FormDone will handle requests that concern its role as platform provider.

If you detect misuse

Do not complete the form. Keep its link and submit an abuse report. We will review potential fraud, impersonation, spam, misleading collection or illegal content.
