Cookie policy

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks a browser to store. It may be required to provide a feature, remember a preference or measure use. Its nature depends on its purpose and duration.

The sesion_formularios cookie authenticates users and maintains their session. It is first-party, strictly necessary, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. Its default maximum lifetime is seven days, and it is removed on sign-out or expiry. It must be transmitted only over HTTPS on the public service.

The invitado_formdone cookie identifies no-registration form creators through an opaque value. It is first-party, strictly necessary, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. It expires seven days after the latest managed form closes and is transmitted only over HTTPS on the public service.

The idioma_formdone cookie remembers whether the person selected Spanish or English. It is first-party, functional, SameSite=Lax and has a maximum lifetime of one year. It contains no personal identifiers and is not used for tracking; it can be deleted in the browser and is created again only when a language is selected.

Local storage keeps the selected cookie preferences so the same choice is not requested on every visit. It only stores the preference version and whether analytics or advertising were authorized; it contains no personal identifiers.

If a person accepts the Analytics category and the integration is enabled, FormDone loads Google Tag Manager to operate Google Analytics 4. Aggregated functional events such as creation, publication, submission and export are measured without sending names, email addresses, phone numbers, responses, titles, questions or other user-entered content.

Google Consent Mode keeps analytics_storage denied until authorization is received. Rejecting this category does not limit any FormDone feature. Information about technologies and retention periods managed by Google should also be reviewed in the applicable Google documentation and configuration.

The browser locally stores the date until which the feedback invitation should not be shown again after a form submission. This preference lasts up to 30 days, contains no feedback, email address or personal identifier, and is not used for cross-site tracking.

FormDone does not currently load advertising services. The ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization states remain denied while advertising is disabled. Before that purpose is enabled, this policy will be updated and, where required, the user will be asked to choose again.

The “Cookie preferences” panel, available from the footer, allows people to accept, reject or change non-essential categories. Browsers also allow users to review, block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary cookies prevents persistent account access or management of no-registration forms but should not prevent responses to public forms.

This policy will be updated when the technologies or their purposes change. The information above must always reflect the service’s actual behavior.
